You Must Delete These Apps From Your iPhone!!!

These Applications Are Malicious and Must Be Removed From Your iPhone

Apple has dropped the ball on reviewing the App store, 17 applications were able to get past the verification stage and made their way onto millions of iPhones. The issue is that these applications were not legit and were designed to steal valuable data from you without notifying or asking for permission. These apps were flagged up as being fraudulent by using adverts and other malicious methods; this was all done behind peoples backs.

While Apple has removed these apps from the App store already, they can’t delete these malicious applications from your iPhones themselves as users retain the right to keep installed apps on their iPhones. This means that if you have one of these apps installed on your iPhone handset then you must delete it or you risk your data being stolen.

If you have financial information stored on these malicious apps then you will need to open them up and remove your information before you delete them from your device, however it’s possible that the damage could have already been done as the company may already have your information saved. In that case you should delete the application as soon as possible once you removed all of your financial information and data.

It looks harmless to me?

While that may be true and the application provided you with the purpose it was downloaded for such as football scores etc. The application in question can hide behind a fake purpose, this means that the malicious application can act and look like it’s legit in order to trick users into thinking that the application they have been using is safe. Behind the scenes however these 17 different apps have been stealing your valuable data and selling it to make money. This goes against Apples own terms and service and so the guilty apps have been completely terminated from the App Store.
